NexusEdu stores the following information locally on your device:

• Test results and performance analytics
• Study logs and revision history
• Flashcards and notes you create
• App settings and preferences

3. How We Use Information

Since all data is stored locally on your device, we use it solely to:

• Personalize your learning experience
• Generate AI-powered content via Google Gemini API
• Track your performance and provide analytics
• Create and display study materials

4. Data Storage

All your data is stored locally on your device using Android's SharedPreferences system. No data is uploaded to our servers. You can clear all app data at any time from: Settings → Apps → NexusEdu → Storage → Clear Data.

5. Third Party Services

NexusEdu uses the following third-party services:

• Google Gemini AI API — For AI content generation, tutoring, and analysis. Your queries are sent to Google's API and processed according to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Play Services — For app distribution and updates.
• Speech-to-Text — On-device speech recognition (data stays on device).

6. Data Security

All data stored on your device is protected by Android's sandbox security model. API calls to Google Gemini are encrypted using HTTPS. We recommend securing your device with a PIN, password, or biometric lock.

7. Children's Privacy

NexusEdu is designed for students of all ages, including children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since all data is stored locally on the device and never transmitted to our servers, no child data is collected by us.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access all data stored by the app
• Delete all data by clearing app storage
• Uninstall the app at any time
• Opt out of AI features (app works without AI)
